La victoria de Biden y Harris representa la victoria de la democracia, la verdad y la ciencia sobre el oscurantismo, el discurso de odio y la industria de las noticias falsas que destruye la democracia misma y sus instituciones.

La región demanda también, como lo ha pedido el Papa Francisco, una salida pacífica, democrática y negociada de la crisis de Venezuela.
Adicionalmente que se fortalezcan las relaciones de Estados Unidos con los países de la región, en el marco del respeto a la democracia y la soberanía popular, la búsqueda de sociedades igualitarias e inclusivas, la cooperación para el desarrollo sostenible, la defensa de la paz, la vida y las instituciones multilaterales, la búsqueda de un orden mundial simétrico y multipolar y la preservación de la soberanía estatal de los pueblos.

Additionally, the United States’ relations with the countries of the region are strengthened, within the framework of respect for democracy and popular sovereignty, the search for egalitarian and inclusive societies, cooperation for sustainable development, the defense of peace, life and multilateral institutions, the search for a symmetrical and multipolar world order and the preservation of the state sovereignty of the peoples.
